I am Lauren Sklaver, and I welcome the opportunity to tell you about myself and my background! I began my career in the Operations division of a top investment bank, which included a rotation in Change Management. From here, I moved to the Finance department of a leading private asset management company, where I spent just over 9 years, most recently as Senior Project Manager. It is in this role that I was able to hone my skills around Financial Systems, compensation, cross-collaboration, and putting the client first.

In late 2023, the idea for LS Impact Consulting was born. I offer my extensive experience in Project Management combined with my passion for mission driven outcomes & sustainability, towards the singular purpose of helping my clients achieve their goals while still focusing on their own critical functions of running their business smoothly.
